2. Our Services

We provide website design and development, maintenance, and digital marketing services under the plans described on our website (Free, Starter, Basic, Pro and Custom). The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are confirmed with you in writing (for example by email or quote) before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in euros (€) on our website and may change; the price confirmed in your quote applies to your project.
• One-time plans are payable as agreed in your quote. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month until cancelled.
• We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback needed for your project.
• Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you give us.
• Keep any account credentials we share with you secure.

5. Intellectual Property

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your website. Third-party software, themes, fonts and images remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show your completed project in our portfolio.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and exchanges are covered by our Refund & Reimbursement Policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no further charges, as described in that policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services for anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malware or spam, or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems. We may refuse or end service for violations.

8. Disclaimer

We work hard to deliver high-quality results, but our website and services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic or sales, and we are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers (such as hosting companies, domain registrars or platforms).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samdaviline LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end a service agreement by written notice. You remain responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date, subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
